1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing vgram.net or using any part of the vGram service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use vGram. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use vGram only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using it under any applicable law.

3. The Service

vGram provides a browser-based tool for downloading publicly accessible videos, reels, and audio from Instagram and TikTok. The service is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising.

  • We do not host, index, or maintain a library of third-party media.
  • We do not require or accept your social media login credentials.
  • We cannot access private accounts or content restricted behind a login.
  • Availability is not guaranteed. Upstream platforms change frequently and features may break without notice.

This is the most important section. Downloading a video does not give you any ownership of it. Copyright in social media content belongs to the person who created it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any file you obtain through vGram.

You agree to use vGram only for content that falls into at least one of these categories:

  • Content that you created and own.
  • Content you have explicit permission from the rights holder to download.
  • Content in the public domain or released under a licence that permits your intended use.
  • Content where your specific use is genuinely covered by fair use, fair dealing, or an equivalent statutory exception in your jurisdiction.

Redistributing, re-uploading, monetising, or commercially exploiting another person's content without authorisation is prohibited and may expose you to legal liability. Rights holders should see our DMCA and Copyright page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with these Terms, with all applicable laws, and with the terms of service of the platform the content originates from — including the Instagram Terms of Use and the TikTok Terms of Service.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use vGram to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other right.
  • Download content depicting minors inappropriately, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
  • Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to submit requests at scale, or attempt to bypass our rate limits.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service.
  • Resell, sublicense, rebrand, or commercially redistribute access to vGram.
  • Use the service to harass, stalk, defame, or endanger any person.
  • Introduce malware or otherwise attempt to damage the service or its users.

7. Intellectual Property

The vGram name, logo, site design, and software are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you no right to use our branding without written permission.

Media you download through vGram remains the property of its original creator. We claim no ownership over it and grant you no rights in it.

8. Advertising

vGram displays third-party advertising to fund the service. We do not control the content of those ads and do not endorse the products or services they promote. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser. Cookie use is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

vGram is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any particular link will work.

vGram is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or TikTok. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vGram and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded content, and you agree to indemnify and hold vGram harmless against any claim arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — in which case the limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

11. Termination and Changes

We may suspend or restrict access to the service at any time, including for suspected abuse or breach of these Terms. We may also modify these Terms; the "last updated" date will change and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
